The power steering hose Working Principle
After the car engine starts, the steering oil pump runs, and the hydraulic oil is passed through the steering oil pipe, from the steering oil pump through the steering gear and linked to the steering oil pot. When the vehicle is running straight, the hydraulic oil from the pump flows to the left and right power cylinders and the return cylinder of the steering gear, and the oil pressure of the left and right power cylinders is equal, so the car keeps running straight. When the driver needs to steer, he turns the steering wheel and the relative position of the valve spool and the valve sleeve in the steering gear changes, so that most or all of the hydraulic oil from the pump flows into one of the power cylinders and promotes the car to turn left or right.
